Your tasks 

  • Support our customers creating technical designs based on their functional requirements

  • Implement requirements in ServiceNow projects with focus on workflow design, CMDB and service catalogue 

  • Technical consultancy for our customers regarding ServiceNow implementation and further development

Your skills

  • Extended knowledge of ITIL IT Service Management process model

  • Profound knowledge of CSDM

  • Strong hands-on experience of defining, creating and using service catalogues and CMDB

  • Hands-on experience in customizing of CSM, ITSM Request Management, Self Service Portal in ServiceNow

  • Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow projects

  • Basic knowledge of project management

  • Experience working in agile projects and using agile methodology



Certificates

  • ITIL v3 oder v4

  • CIS IT Service Management and CIS Service Mapping

  • other CIS certifikates are an asset
