Support our customers analysing and defining requirements in IT Service Management

Translate functional requirements into technical designs

Implement requirements and their solutions in ServiceNow

Project management tasks like scope documents, action point lists
-
Secure project delivery “in time and budget”

Interface between IT and business units
Your skills
-
Strong IT background, especially IT Service Management and processes
-
Distinct communication skills
-
Strong language skills in German and English
-
In-depth ITIL knowledge of IT Service Management processes and their design and implementation (e.g. CSDM in ServiceNow)
-
Hands-on experience implementing functional requirements within organisational and technical workflows and process models
-
Capability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs
-
Solid hands-on experience in project management and agile methodology
Certificates (nice to have)
-
ITIL v3 or v4
-
CSA (Certified System Administrator)

CIS IT Service Management, additional CIS certificates are an asset
-
Project management methodology certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
